Refer to the last comment: <br />Please center the road along the southern part of the proj ect in the easement. <br />Consider tipping the road to the north and move CBII to the west, connect storm <br />sewer along the roadway to the west and into the parking lot. Another CB would <br />be needed at the parking lot entrance, which would connect to CB4. This would <br />eliminate the storm sewer that flows north from CB9 to the pond. Construct a <br />valley gutter or driveway apron at the day care entrance to facilitate drainage at <br />this point. <br />k. Developer must obtain proper Rice Creek Watershed permits and approval. <br />I. Developer must obtain approval from Ramsey County for access control to <br />Highway 96. <br />m.
