We are proposing to construct 30 office/townhome units which <br />would be sold separately to individual businesses. The individual thirty units total <br />approximately 76,000 square feet of gross office space. Depending upon the unit design <br />(i.e. rambler vs. rambler with basement walkout vs. two story units) each one will consist <br />of 1600 to 4200 square feet of gross floor area. Like a residential townhouse area each <br />unit would be sold independently and governed by an Association.
