<br />CITY OF ARDEN J1ILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-15 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ADEQUACY OF THE <br />ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR THE <br />GATEWAY BUSINESS CENTER AT THE INTERSECTION OF <br />1-35W AND 1-694 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Chesapeake Companies propose to develop a 225,000 sq. ft, to 495,000 sq. ft. <br />office building at the northeast quadrant ofl-35W and 1-694; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment W orksheel (EA W) has been prepared for said <br />project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the EA W was completed and sent to all the required agencies on the <br />Environmenlal Quality Board's distribution list on January 10,2002, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the reviewing agencies have had the required 30 days to review the FA W, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, responses have been received from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, <br />The Army Corps of Engineers, and the Metropolitan Council, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />\VHEREAS, none of Ibose agencies have made eommenls that find the EA W inadequale or <br />Ihat would require an Environmental Impact Statement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is the Responsible Governmental Unit (RGU) to review <br />and make findings of adequacy concerning the EA W. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills tbat il finds Ihe Gateway <br />Business Center EA W is adequate and that no Environmental Impact Slatemenl is needed for Ihis <br />project. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 25'" DAY OFMA:Rt:H, 2002. <br />r<p,,/ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />"' ,.yN~~STR^TOR <br /> <br />. <br />
