August 8, 2005 Spccial City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the August 8, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented, the August 8, 2005 Special City Council Meeting Minutes as <br />presented. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />3.
