The <br />Contractor has begun replacing hydrants and valves along Dunlap Street, Northwoods Drive and <br />Red Fox Road. The Contractor has completed curb and gutter spot repairs along Grey Fox Road <br />and Red Fox Road. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #1 for Arnt <br />Construction Company, Inc. of Hugo, MN in the amount of $289,021.88. <br /> <br />. <br />
