The work included street <br />sweeping, application of binder, and then placement and rolling of aggregate. Signs are <br />still posted indicating loose gravel until the City Operations and Maintenance department <br />performs sweeping operations on the remaining loose gravel. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #1, Final <br />Payment, for Allied Blacktop Co., of Plymouth, MN in the amount of $38,547.84. <br /> <br />. <br />
