A new parking structure shall maintain a setback equal to the <br />setbacks required in this section for other structures, exccpt that where such parking <br />structure is adjacent to other parking in a side or rear yard condition, the parking <br />structure may have a zero setback. Where a new parking structure is adjacent to an <br />existing use in a side or rear yard condition, the parking structure must maintain at <br />least a ten (l0) foot setback. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Drive-Through Lanes. Drive-through or drive-in lanes are not allowed within the <br />front yard of any building; they must be located to the side or rear of a building. <br />This does not pertain to driveways. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Building Height: In the Gateway Center PUD the maximum building height shall <br />be up to eight stories, not including mechanical and screening appurtenances and <br />penthouse structures. Building height is defined as the vertical distance from the <br />average elevation of the adjoining ground or the established grade, whichever is <br />lower, to: <br /> <br />A. The top of the cornice of a flat roof; <br /> <br />B. The deck line of a mansard roof; <br /> <br />C. A point directly above the highest wall of a shed roof; <br /> <br />D. The uppermost point of a round or other arch-type; <br /> <br />E.
