<br />WHEREAS, construction of this collector is conditioned upon the successful <br />reconfiguration of the aforementioned two interchanges, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the second major transportation issuc is access to the area illustrated as <br />"Sports Facility" as this portion of the excess property effectively has no access, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City by means of this resolution memorializes that the north south <br />cohnector road, accessing at some point onto County Road I, may have to be reinvestigated, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area identified on the north end of the Framework Plan as "Sports <br />Facility" has not been planned with a specific end use since a number of issues remain with this <br />property that need to be negotiated as part of the excess property transfer, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission concurs that the TCAAP Framework Plan <br />represents a land use plan that is consistent with City establishcd goals, has been developed <br />through an inclusive planning process and that it serves as a functional blueprint to develop more <br />specific planning documents that will serve as the tools to implement the TCAAP <br />redevelopment, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City of Arden Hills's Planning <br />Commission, on February 2, 2005, recommends to the City Council adoption ofthe TCAAP <br />Framework Plan, dated January 13, 2005 serving as the City's official land use vision. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Resolution was approved by a vote of ~ in favor and <br />__ opposed, and has been executed as ofthe 2nd day of February, 2005. <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />David Sand, Planning Commission Chair <br /> <br />IIEarthlPlanninglMisc FileslTCAAPlframework planlResolution of Approval.doc <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
