We are presenting a <br />copy to you at this time for review. Mr. Prosser will be in attendance at the February 28, 2005 to <br />give a formal presentation of the Strategic Plan. At this time, we are asking for any questions or <br />concerns about the draft that can be incorporated into the final plan in time for the February 28 <br />meeting. <br /> <br />The last five or so pages of the draft include forms for developing action plans to accomplish the <br />Council goals outlined in the report. These are still a "work in progress" and may still be as of <br />February 28.
