We ask the City Council and the Planning <br /> <br /> <br />Commission to take a reasonable, logical approach to consideration of this variance recognizing <br /> <br /> <br />that this proposal is consistent with development in the immediately surrounding area and that <br /> <br /> <br />the applicants have satisfied the Hardship Criteria enumerated by the City.
