<br />'. r.".....:....;, <br /> <br />7~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />-~----- <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT - CASE NO. 70-36 <br /> <br />The undersigned, Clerk-Administrator of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, does hereby certify that this Special Use Permit <br /> <br />is granted pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 99 of <br /> <br />Arden Hilla in accordance with a public hearing duly held by <br /> <br />the Planning Commission on November 2, 1970, and subsequent <br /> <br />approval thereof by the Arden Hills Council on November 30, 1970 <br />and February 22, 1971. <br /> <br />Permission is accordingly given for the use of said prop- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />erty for a lodge building, said building to be constructed as <br /> <br />a replacement of the building of the applicant, I. O. O. F., <br /> <br />Bt: Paul Lodge No.2, at 1174 Edgewater Boulevard, in Arden <br /> <br />Hills, which property is legally described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />All that part of the South 237.70 feet of the <br />North 1/2 of Lot Seven, Section 34, Township 30, <br />Range 23, lying West of the East 683.50 feet <br />thereof. <br /> <br />This permit is issued subject to all the requirements and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in Ordinance No. 99, the Zoning Ordinance, <br /> <br />subject to the obtaining of ~ proper building permit by the ap- <br /> <br /> <br />plicant for said building, and subject to the following special <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) The site and landscape plans heretofore ap- <br />proved by the Planning Commission and on <br />file in the Village Hall shall be adhered to and <br />completed prior to occupancy or use of the building. <br /> <br />(b) No trees shall be removed other than those <br />actually located on the site of construction, <br />or that are dead or hazardous. <br /> <br />. <br />
