Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Recommendation and Conditions of Approval <br />At their February 2, 2005 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case #05-04 and <br />unanimously recommended approval (6-0) of the Zoning Ordinance Amendments as proposed. <br /> <br />Ontions <br /> <br />I. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. If the City denies the petitioners request, <br />"...it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denies the request." <br />4.
