'. <br /> <br />This letter is to let you know th~ the Ramsey County HHW site will not hinder, <br />nor jeopardize the security of the Arden Hills Army Training Site (AHA TS) provided <br />certain measures are taken by Ramsey County. <br /> <br />Because the HHW site will be accessible to all residents or Ramsey County, most <br />of whom are not familiar with the Ramsey County maintenance Facility, we request <br />Ramsey County install the following signage: <br /> <br />a. Proper street signs on the Hamline/Ben Franklin intersection. <br /> <br />b. A "Dead End" sign just north of the Hamline/96 intersection. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />c. An arrow sign on or near the south Harllline gate, directing traffic onto Ben <br />Franklin. <br /> <br />d. A "Stop Ahead" sign south of the Hamline Gate <br /> <br />e.
