<br />" <br /> <br />recommendations of the Arden Hills Planning Commission and staff, and <br />approved SUP Amendment NO.2 subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. The applicant shall continue to abide by the conditions of approval as stated <br />in the approved Special Use Permit except as amended by the two <br />subsequent amendments. <br /> <br />B. A Special USe Permit Amendment form, drafted by the City Attorney, shall <br />amend the SUP and include the two amendments to the Special Use Permit. <br />The SUP Amendment form shall reference the proposed revision to the Site <br />Plan from Planning Case #04-19. Building permits may only be issued after <br />the SUP Amendment document receives the approval of the City Council <br />and is executed by both the City Council and the applicant. <br /> <br />C. The seasonal Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection operation <br />should not exceed two months total per calendar year, nor shall the <br />seasonal HHW collection operate for more than one month in a row. <br /> <br />D. In order to prevent vandalism or improper use, and to insure the security of <br />the used oil collection and seasonal HHW site which would be in operation <br />24-hours a day, the applicant shall install an exterior security video camera <br />to monitor to area. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />E. If it were determined that the security of the used oil collection building <br />posed a risk to Arden Hills residents and the general public attempting to <br />utilize the facility, the Arden Hills City Council may require that the applicant <br />install a security camera to monitor the interior of the used oil collection <br />building. The applicant may choose to install a security camera to monitor <br />the interior of the used oil collection building at any time and is not required <br />to seek permission from the City of Arden Hills prior for the installation <br />except for any building permits which may be required. <br /> <br />F. Landscaping removed for the installation of the seasonal HHW and used oil <br />collection site shall be relocated to the north and/or northwest of the <br />proposed used oil collection site. <br /> <br />G. The coloring of the exterior building materials shall be of a coloring <br />compatible with the main Public Works building and shop area, and the <br />Sheriffs Water Patrol building, or shall be painted to be compatible. <br /> <br />H. Any special events beyond the normal scope of uses (public works, sheriffs <br />department, seasonal HHW, used oil collection facility) at the Ramsey <br />County Public Works Facility would require the applicant to first obtain <br />approval of the Arden Hills Planning Commission and City Council for an . <br />Amendment to this Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />2 <br />
