<br />WHEREAS, the second major transportation issue is access to the area illustrated as <br />"Potential Athletic Field" as this portion ofthe excess property effectively has no access, and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City by means of this resolution memorializes that the north south <br />connector road, accessing at some point onto County Road I, may have to be reinvestigated at a <br />future date, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the area identified on the north end of the Framework Plan as "Potential <br />Athletic Fields" has not been planned with a specific end use since a number of issues remain <br />with this property that needs to be negotiated as part of the excess property transfer, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, on February 2, 2005, reviewed the TCAAP <br />Framework Plan and recommended approval of the same to the City Council, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council concurs that the TCAAP Framework Plan represents a <br />land use plan that is consistent with City established goals, has been developed through an <br />inclusive two year planning process and that it serves as a functional blueprint to develop more <br />specific planning documents to implement the TCAAP redevelopment, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, the City of Arden Hills' City Council on <br />February 28,2005 adopts the TCAAP Framework Vision, dated January 19, 2005 to serve as the <br />City's official TCAAP land use vision. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS . <br />28th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 200S. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle A.
