Developer will provide advice, as requested, on estimated <br />infrastructure construction costs and on the build-out of the Phase <br />Three development framework concept plan. <br /> <br />E. Developer will meet with the developmenf team on an as needed <br />basis. <br /> <br />F. <br /> <br />Prior to the end of the Extended Term, the City and Developer will <br />enter into a mutually acceptable Second Interim Agreement or will <br />allow the Interim Agreement to expire. If the Interim Agreement <br />expires and is not replaced by a Second Inferim Agreemenf <br />between the parties, the City agrees that it will reimburse the <br />Developer for all of the Developer's contributions to the restricted <br />account relating to planning, engineering and legal services, but <br />nof relating to the AH staff time if, fhe City, within three (3) years of <br />the expiration of the Interim Agreement enters info a disposition and <br />development agreement with a new developer.
