<br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORKSESSION MINUTES <br />MARCH 28, 2005 <br /> <br />_ TCAAP INTERIM AGREEMENT #2 <br /> <br />PAGE 5 OF 5 <br /> <br />Mr. Clark presented the original Interim Agreement (Draft #10) and the Interim Agreement <br />Amendment #1 - Extension of Term for Council's comments. He also presented the TCAAP <br />expense tracking spreadsheets for Phase I (original Interim Agreement) and Phase II <br />(Amendment #1). <br /> <br />The Council asked various questions regarding the spreadsheets. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested any emails sent with questions/answers to the developer, <br />consultant, or staff, be emailed to every Councilmember to keep everyone informed. <br />Councilmember Grant noted they needed to be aware that Council could not be emailing each <br />other. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:05 p.m. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Michelle Wolfe <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />5 <br />
