<br />(d) <br /> <br />At least sixty five (65) percent of the exposed porch fayade is open or occupied by <br />windows, screens, and/or doors of transparent material; and the fayade constitutes <br />the area from the floor level of the porch to the porch ceiling; and <br /> <br />( e) Building Permits shall be required before construction can begin. <br /> <br />2.
