<br />FRONT PORCHES AND PORCH DESIGN GUIDELINES <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A. CITY REVIEW PROCEDURE <br /> <br />1. Applicant reviews proposal with City Planner before plans are finalized. <br />2. Applicant submits application and submission documents to City. <br />3. Community Development Director or their designee reviews application and <br />review the findings to determine compliance with City regulations <br />4. The Community Development Director or their designee provides a written <br />review of application to the City Building Official and the applicant. <br />5. If the Community Development Director or their designee has approved the <br />porch addition the applicant may submit an application for a building permit. <br /> <br />B, SUBMISSION REOUIREMENTS <br /> <br />LOCATION MAP <br /> <br />Applicant provides a general map (8 y:," x II" is acceptable) illustrating the <br />general location of the property for which the application is being made. <br /> <br />OWNERSHIP REPORT <br />1. Record Owners of the property; <br />2. Applicant if different than Owner; . <br />3. Addresses and phone numbers of Owner and Applicant; <br />4. Owners and addresses of all property abutting or across the street from the <br />property for which a Variance is proposed. <br /> <br />WRITTEN STATEMENT <br />1. The applicant shall provide a written description of the proposed porch <br />addition including; the general style and form of the porch, roof materials, <br />exterior wall materials, floors and interior materials, ceiling materials, <br />column materials, railings and base materials, to provide an accurate <br />description of the porch addition and demonstrate compliance with the City's <br />porch design guidelines. <br /> <br />SURVEY <br />The applicant shall provide the City with a survey showing the property lines, existing setbacks and <br />proposed setbacks so that staff may determine if the porch addition is compliant with City Design <br />Guidelines and Zoning Ordinance Regulations. Surveys shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. The date, north point, map scale, name and address ofthe applicant, owner, <br />operator, surveyor, engineer and designer, including their license numbers and seals; <br />2. A correct boundary survey and legal description of the subject property made and <br />certified to by a registered Land Surveyor indicating total acreage of site; <br /> <br />. <br />
