Start schedule of training - commissioners - learn about regulation, FCC, ete. <br />2, Put on NSCC agenda - bids for attorney <br />3, More study on how eities could offer competitive communications services. <br />4. Establish roles and responsibilities: staff, commissioners <br />5, Prioritize ideas and develop work plan <br />6, Meet with strategic planning eommittee to further discuss/clarify <br /> <br />Summary <br />Excellent progress was made at the retreat as the group generated a wealth of ideas and <br />came up with a preliminary list of priorities and next steps. These will need to be further <br />examined and refined to determine more precisely what the NSCC will ineorporate into . <br />an action plan to guide its future. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3 <br />
