MN the Booster Station <br />Rehabilitation Project on November 24, 2003 for a total contract amount of $175,420,00, Pay <br />Estimate #1, #2, #3, and #4 in the amount of $171,911.60 have been approved by the Council. <br /> <br />This project is being paid through the City's Water Utility Fund, <br /> <br />Project Status <br />Booster Station Rehabilitation <br />The Booster Station Rehabilitation has been completed in its entirety. The final work <br />included the installation and testing of the second pump and motor and was completed on <br />March ih The Booster Station has been operating on two pumps for about six weeks <br />without incident, <br /> <br />A 2% retainage, being held solely for the installation and testing of the second pump, is <br />all that remains for Contract payment. All other project items have previously been <br />inspected and are complete. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br />The Arden Hills City Engineer recommends the Council approve Pay Estimate #5, the final <br />payment, for EnComm Midwest Inc, of Isanti, MN in the amount of $3,508.40. This final <br />amount represents the remainder of the retainage, <br /> <br />. <br />
