Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />Recommendation and Conditions of Approval <br />At their May 4,2005 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case #05-14 and <br />unanimously recommended approval (6-0) of the 10-foot side yard setback varianee as proposed. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />I. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Reeommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial. Ifthe City denies the petitioners request, <br />"...it must state in writing the reasons for the denial at the time it denies the request." <br />4.
