<br />Notice <br />Notice was published in the Arden Hills/Shoreview Bulletin on Wednesday, April 20, 2005 and <br />notice was prepared by the City and mailed to residents within three-hundred fifty (350) feet of <br />the subject property. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Site Overview <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills is seeking a 10-foot side yard corner setbaek variance for the property at <br />1105 Amble Drive. The property currently conforms to the side yard corner setback of 40 feet, <br />however the expansion of Lexington Avenue, including a southbound right turn lane to Amble <br />Drive, would necessitate Ramsey County acquiring some of that property and would therefore <br />reduce the side yard corner setback to 30 feet. The variance will allow the property to remain <br />compliant with City Code while allowing Lexington Avenue to be widened. <br /> <br />1.
