A Highway 96 address <br />may have made the facility easier to locate. (Ramsey County - they have had inquiries <br />about the loeation of the facility, and direct people to Hamline Avenue and Highway 96). <br />. The National Guard name has spelled out Mimaesota; abbreviating that with 'MN' would <br />allow the sign to be smaller [maybe by 30+ square feet]. (Ramsey County - the National <br />Guard specifically requested that the name read 'Mimaesota'). <br />. When comparing the proposed RCPWF sign to the signs at Arden Hills City Hall, the US <br />Army Reserve, and CUB Foods how does the sign eompare? Did those signs also require <br />variances?
