<br />Memo <br />LED Traffic Lights <br />2 <br /> <br />No specific funds are budgeted for this purpose. The purchase of the LED lamps will require a <br />budget amendment in the amount of $5,400. From a financial perspective, as well as from an <br />environmental perspective, this would appear to be a prudent choice to replace the lamps, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />Staff recommends that the Council authorize staff to replace the existing traffic signal lamps with <br />the energy efficient LED lamps at a total cost of $1 0,400 before rebates. <br /> <br />Staff also recommends that the Council authorize staff to amend the general fund budget in the <br />amount of $5 ,400 (net of rebate). <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br />
