The Cll' included $] 15,000 for watermain improvements including approximately ]5% engineering fees for URS, The Cll' included $185,000 for roadway and ROW costs which were not formally split but generally anticipated to be divided as shown above between construction and engineering. Ramsey County engineering fees were not included in the Cll' for watermain improvements.
