Consisting of new resident rooms, 4th floor Dining Room, and <br />4th floor RoofTop Garden. <br />· Renovation of existing administrative offices to create new resident rooms <br />· Renovation of current common areas to create equipment storage areas, employee <br />work areas, and resident community areas. <br />. Replace corridor carpet <br />· Paint corridor walls <br />. Replace aging furnishings. <br /> <br />Site Impact <br />· Exterior of the Building - materials to coordinate with existing <br />· Traffic Impact - no change in traffic pattern - the number of residents and <br />employees remains the same. <br />· Landscape ~ retain/move existing trees replacing plantings unable to be moved. <br />· Length of Building Construction - 11-13 months <br />· Property Line Set Backs - Building Addition will meet all required city property <br />line set backs. <br />· Staffing - Current operations will remain the saple related to deiiveries, staffing <br />patterns, parking and other related activities. <br /> <br />We look forward to working with the City of Arden Hills during the Addition/Renovation <br />of McKnight Care Center. Our partnership in this project will improve the dignity and <br />quality of services and care delivered to the Arden Hills Senior Population. It is our <br />intent to comply with all City Codes and Requirements in creating a successful addition <br />to the City of Arden Hills. <br />
