Thc applicant shall obtain all necessary pcrmits from thc Ricc Creek Water Shcd District <br />and Ramscy County. <br />9. Extcrior storage shall bc pcrmittcd consistent with the cxterior storage plan (SPI) in City <br />Planning File 05-13. <br />10.
