Unfortunately I will be unable <br />to attend the hearing tonight on project pc#05-04 but wish to make known my concerns. If a service <br />station/convenience store/car wash is built at the location indicated on the map, it will be directly across highway <br />96 from my home in Arden Manor mobile home park. I am very concerned about the lights and noise eminating <br />from such a business. Is there any discussion to erect a sound barrier on the north side of highway 96 from 1- <br />35W to highway 10 (or at least to the entrance into Arden Manor)? Also, would access to the facility be directly <br />from highway 96 or from Round Lake Blvd., which would then funnel onto highway 96 at the traffic light? <br />Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my thoughts. <br /> <br />2/2/2005 <br />
