<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~..~ .. <br /> <br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT/SPECIAL USE <br />PERMIT AND FINAL PLAT FOR HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on May 1, 2005 Holiday Stationstores, Inc. submitted a completed <br />application for review of a Planned Unit Development/Special Use Permit and <br />Plat which would allow the construction of a gas station with a convenience store <br />and car wash at the southwest corner of Highway 96 and Round Lake Road. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on June 1, 2005, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission <br />reviewing the application by Holiday Stationstores, Inc. and at the conclusion of <br />the public hearing the Planning Commission unanimously recommended <br />approval subject to 10 conditions of approval. <br /> <br />WHEREAS: on June 27, 2005, the City Council received the recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Council of the City of Arden Hills <br />approves the Planned Unit Development/Special Use Permit and Final Plat for Holiday <br />Stationstores, Inc., dated June 27, 2005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS 27th <br />DAY OF JUNE, 2005. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle A.
