The quoted price for the <br />purchase is $2,157.50 over the budgeted amount <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: <br />Staff recommends that the Council authorize the purchase of Canon Image Runner 8070 from <br />Canon USA at a quoted price of$27,157.50 and return the leased copier. This action would also <br />require a general fund budget amendment in the amount of$2,157.50 <br />
