Counties and municipalities are <br />encouraged to make advancc announccmcnts of cach test through local radio, tclcvision, and <br />newspapcrs. At I :00 p.m. the first W cdnesday of each month thc Statc Warning Point will test thc . <br />Minncapolis-St. Paul Metro Area Sircn System. Thc Ardcn Hills Public Warning System <br />will bc tcstcd in thc following manncr: <br /> <br />I. Sound thc (test) alert signal. This is a steady tonc for a pcriod of onc (I) minute. <br /> <br />. Wait onc minutc - <br /> <br />2. Sound the (test) attack warning signal. This is a wailing tone on thc sircn for a pcriod of <br />one (I) minute. <br /> <br />V.
