With more <br />dcaths, thcy would usc rcfrigeratcd trucks for temporary storage and call in morc pathologists to hclp. <br /> <br />Temporary morgues wou]d not bc used. <br /> <br />Minncsota's Statc burcau of Criminal Apprehcnsion has a forensic team that can rcspond and hclp in a <br />mass casualty event. They have 200 - 300 body bags, J.D. tags, ctc. They also have capability of <br />staking body location and contributing to the ovcrall investigation. <br /> <br />OPERATIONS <br /> <br />A scene invcstigation must bc done carefully. Bodies must bc investigatcd for ccrtain identification, <br />documcntation of injuries, clc., but forcnsic spccialist should do this. FBI fingcrprint specialists will <br />rcspond within a fcw hours. Thcy havc a vcry helpful capability. <br /> <br />For pcrsonal effccts, have at least two pcoplc from diffcrcnt agencies work as a team to documcnt <br />findings. <br /> <br />V oluntecr help should not bc used for any of this. <br /> <br />I fa tcmporary morgue is used, it should not be a church or school.
