Commission Recommendation <br /> <br />At their August 3, 2005 meeting the Planning Commission reviewed Planning Case #05-18 and <br />recommended approval (5-0) of the minor subdivision and lot consolidation, after making a <br />finding that the proposed subdivision and consolidation will not have an adverse impact on the <br />sUHounding properties or on the community as a whole; subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />I. Recording with Ramsey County. The applicant shall file the minor subdivision and lot <br />consolidation with the Ramsey County recorder and shall provide the City with a <br />recorded copy. <br /> <br />Deadline for Al!ency Actions - September 26, 2005 <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on July 28, 2005 <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statue, the City must act on this request by September 26, 2005 (60 <br />days), unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for and additional 60 day <br />review period. The City may with the petitioners' consent extend the review period beyond the <br />120 days. <br /> <br />Options <br /> <br />1. Recommend approval as submitted. <br />2. Recommend approval with conditions. <br />3. Recommend denial with reasons for denial.
