We would like to split off 1/3 ofIot 25 for combination with <br />our neighbor's lot 26. <br /> <br />No new lot will be created by this shift of the boundary between lots 25 and <br />26. The size and location of our house on the residual lots 24 and 25 would <br />remain more than adequate to meet current city requirements. The neighbors <br />house on lot 26 will benefit because their deck is immediately adjacent to the <br />split off property. <br /> <br />Attached is a recent survey showing the present and proposed boundaries, <br />and the proposed legal descriptions. <br /> <br />We request approval of the City of Arden Hills for the proposed change. <br /> <br />Thank you for expeditious consideration of this request, <br /> <br /> <br />o/L C ~William C.
