UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski adjourned the Regular City Council Meeting meeting at 5:15 p.m. The City <br />Council then moved to a closed session meeting to discuss a personnel matter. <br /> <br />City Attorney Jerry Filla announced that the personnel matter in which we are discussing on <br />July 25, 2005, is the subject of an active investigation.
