The motion carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. July 26, 2005 Special City Council Meeting Minutes <br />B. July 11, 2005 City Council Minutes <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmcmber Larson moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a <br />motion to approve the July 26, 2005 Special City Council Meeting Minutes <br />as presented, the July 18, 2005 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented, <br />the July 18, 2005 City Council Work Session Minutes as presented, and the <br />July 11, 2005 City Council Minutes as presented.
