The concept is a return to <br />boulevard streets and front porches, etc. It would probably be a good idea to involve <br />DSU in this process. If Council would like to start out with somc basic discussions, DSU <br />would be very helpful in identifying projects for tours or representatives who could give <br />us presentations.
