Attached is a copy of a proposal from BRKW Appraisals, lnc" <br />lowest complete bid, to conduct an appraisal ofthe old City Hall site at 1450 Highway 96, <br /> <br />Thc proposal contains several options that thc Council is asked to consider: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />A "base" appraisal estimating the land value based on limited business land use (i,e" <br />office, medical and/or limited retail), for $2,400,00; <br />An appraisal estimating the land value based on a townbome development of 7 units <br />per acrc, maximum, in addition to a valuation for limited business land use, for <br />$3,150,00; or <br />An appraisal estimating the land value for limited business use, valuation of a <br />townhome development, and analysis and estimate of a mixed use form of land <br />utilization, for $3,400,00. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />3, <br /> <br />Additionally, staff is requesting dircction from Council to further clarify specifications to be <br />included in the appraisal. <br /> <br />. <br />
