<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />REQUIRED CONTENTS OF PROPOSAL <br /> <br />The purpose this request for proposal (RFP) is to demonstrate your company's <br />qualifications, service level, cost for services, competence and capacity of the firms <br />seeking to become a food caterer for the City of Arden Hills, I n your proposal, please <br />include the following information: <br /> <br />Firm History and Experience: <br />1, Brief history of your catering company ( including size, experience, and area of <br />specialty), <br />2. Experience working with other municipalities and large social events. <br />3. List of social events that you have catered for in the past <br /> <br />Qualifications: <br />1, Description of your company's catering philosophy or goals, <br />2, Provide a detailed description of the food choices available to the City, <br />3, Provide a detailed list of the catering services and pricing that is available to the <br />City. <br /> <br />References: <br />1, Provide a list of any new catering clients that your company has acquired <br />recently and any former clients that have left you within the last three years, <br />Provide the contact names and telephone numbers, <br />2. List of any cities that you have provided catering services to in the past <br />Provide the contact names and telephone numbers, <br /> <br />Proposed Fee for Services: <br />1. Explanation of compensation plans for your company under this proposal, <br />including all services to be included in that fee, <br />2, The proposal should contain the proposed fee for services in a fixed dollar <br />amount Fees are to be maintained at the proposed rate, unless approval is <br />given by the City Council for a change in the fee structure or level. <br />3.
