'1be existing home was recently damaged by a <br />fire and is not habitable. The borne will be demolished and a new home will be constructed in its <br />place, utilizing the same footprint This proposal requires a variance to reduce the required 40- <br />foot structure sctback from the Lake Valentine Road and Glenview A venuc street rights-of.way <br />to 25.81 feet and 33.42 fcet respectively.
