We would like to address condition #4. <br /> <br />As we understand the Public Use Dedication ordinance, the development of new property <br />increases the demand on the city's parks, playgrounds and open space, therefore the city is <br />asking for a park dedication fee. Our piece of property includes three lots. One lot has an <br />existing house and therefore will not increase the demands on the city's parks, playgrounds <br />and open space. We believe the lot with the existing house should be hacked out of the fee <br />calculation. <br /> <br />The lot with the existing house on it is 36.4% of the total area of the property; therefore we <br />request that the park dedication fee be reduced by 36.4%. <br /> <br />Dennis & Ann Claridge <br />
