<br />~ <br />~HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-24 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING AN ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD FOR THE 2006 STATE <br />PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is authorized by the provisions of Milmesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 203B.13 to appoint an Absentee Ballot Board, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the board shall consist of a sufficient number of election judges <br />appointed as provided in Sections 204B.19 to 204B.22, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the absentee ballot board shall receive and process absentee ballots . <br />in accordance with Minnesota Election Laws, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: by the Council of the <br />City of Arden Hills, that the City authorizes the use of an absentee ballot board to receive <br />and process absentee ballots for the 2006 State Primary and General Elections. <br /> <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />THIS 27th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2006. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michelle A.
