Bob Musil- Visit Minneapolis North - 2005 Annual Report <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski introduced Mr. Bob Musi] of Visit Minneapolis North. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Musil, Visit Minneapolis North, provided an overview of the visitor's bureau 2005 <br />annual report to the Council. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmcmber Grant request cd Guidant Corporation be added to the list of major businesses <br />in the City of Arden Hills. Mr. Musil responded this was probably an oversight and he would <br />request Guidant be put in the next business guide. <br /> <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />A. Motion to Approve Ordinance #371 - Revisinl! the Peddlers, Solicitors, and <br />Transient Merchants Ordinance <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmcmber Ho]den moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to Table this to the February 27, 2006 Council meeting. The <br />motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />B. Planninl! Case #05-21: Garfield Kachel, ]479 Arden Place - Variance ReQnest <br /> <br />Mr. Lehnhoff stated Garficld Kache] submitted a variance application to construct an addition <br />onto the front of his home at ]479 Arden Place. The proposed addition would accommodate the <br />expansion of an existing master bedroom and bathroom for handicap accessibility. Accessibility <br />to the home would also be improved through the construction of an inclined ramp at the front <br />entryway. The proposal requires a variance to reduce the reqnired 40-foot structure setback from <br />thc street right-of-way to 28 feet. . <br />
