<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ <br />~~HILLS <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-27 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE CSAH 96 LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The City of Arden Hills authorized the preparation of dctailed plans and <br />specifications addressing the necessary requiremcnts of the CSAH 96 Landscape and Irrigation <br />Improvement Project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN <br />HILLS, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />I. Such improvemcnt is hereby ordered. <br />2. Plans and specifications prcpared by URS for such improvcment pursuant to Council <br />resolution are hcrcby approved and shall bc filed with the City Clerk. <br />3. The City Clerk shall prcpare and cause to be inserted in the official paper an <br />advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans <br />and specifications. The advertiscment shall be published for 3 wccks, shall specify the <br />work to be donc, shall state the date and time that the bids will be received by the City <br />Clerk and City Engineer at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall and <br />subsequently be considered by tbe Council, and that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with thc Clerk and accompanied by cash deposit, cashier's check, bid <br />bond, or certified check payable to the Clerk for 10 percent (10%) of the amount of each <br />bid. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the Council this 13th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br />Beverly Aplikowski, MAYOR <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michellc A.
