When asked if the bridge funding would scorc higher based upon a sidewalk <br />extension to the west, Sue indicated that no specific grading criteria addrcsscd that possihility <br />howcver some graders may grant higher scores to a project with a hroader impact to the <br />communities sidewalk/trail network based upon their personal view of thc project. <br />
