Chesapeake Companies must apply for a Final Plan approval prior to any grant-related <br />remediation work being started on the site. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Pellegrin moved and Councilmember Larson seconded a <br />motion to approve the DEED and the Met Council grant contracts for the <br />Brownfield remcdiation at the Chesapeake property, located at 1901 <br />Gateway Boulevard, and authorize staff to execute said contracts. <br /> <br />Diane Fredeen, representative of Chesapeake, updated Council on the Chesapeake <br />development. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />B. TCAAP Update <br /> <br />Ms, Barton updated on the Council on recent TCAAP developments. <br /> <br />9.
