<br />TO: <br />FROM: <br />DATE: <br />RE: <br /> <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Josephine Hills Association <br />March 31, 2003 <br />Objections to assessments against the property owned by the <br />Josephine Hills Association. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />On behalf of the Josephine Hills Association ("Association") I object to the $7,355.50 <br />proposed assessment against the property owned by the Association for the following <br />reasons: <br /> <br />· The City's Assessment Roll is inaccurate and overstates the amount of footage owned <br />by the Association along the City's Ingerson Court right-of-way. <br /> <br />· The property owned by the Association cannot be developed and thus should be <br />exempt from the City's Assessment Roll; <br /> <br />· The proposed assessment for improvement to Ingerson Court exceeds any special <br />benefit to the property owned by the Association and thus, should be exempt from the <br />City's Assessment Roll; and <br /> <br />· The City's proposed assessment to the Association's property produces unfair and <br />undesirable results and thus, should be exempt from the City's Assessment Roll. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Association requests that it be allowed to present Oral Objections to the City's <br />proposed assessments on the property owned by the Association at the March 3 I, 2003 <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />JOSEPHINE HILLS ASSOCIATION <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />rie A Alexander <br />President <br />3 51 Femwood Street <br />Arden Hills, MN 55112 <br /> <br />. <br />
