Is <br />anyone available.")) <br /> <br />In sum, there would be five general ways for items to be placed on an agenda: <br /> <br />1. Part of an established process. <br />2. Council direction following the discussion of an item during a work session or meeting. <br />3. Staffrecommendations. <br />4. Requests from outside organizations_ <br />5.
