This is a very rough draft <br />preliminary estimate. Many of the items depend on the division oflabor and <br />responsibilities between myself and co-counsel Jeuy Filla. As you are aware, I am still <br />getting up to speed with respect to the pleadings, the scheduling order and other aspects <br />of how the case has been organized prior to my involvement. It may be possible to <br />reduce (but probably not eliminate) the time required for certain of the activities.
